These dates are when your total balance for Summer 2025 terms are due. Payment is due by 4:30pm for each deadline.

Books can be charged with your excess Financial Aid at the Harriman and Oak Ridge Bookstores. You can also get them online through the Roane State Follett Bookstore website, only if you have excess financial aid. Vouchers from sponsors to be used for bookstore charges must be in person. Please have them call the business office to confirm your voucher amount.
TN eCampus books can also be charged against your excess Financial Aid. Book information can be found at the TN eCampus Bookstore.
Complete the TN eCampus Book Voucher Form and email it to BusinessOffice@roanestate.edu. The voucher must be filled out completely meaning all book information, a shipping method, new or used selected, and address information on where to ship the books.
