Any former Roane State student not enrolled the previous semester (excluding summer) who wishes to return to the college will be considered a readmit student. Applicants in this category should:
- Submit an application for readmission. Individuals who applied for admission but never attended should fill out the general application for admission in lieu of the readmission application.
- Degree seeking students must submit official transcripts from all colleges or universities attended since their last enrollment at Roane State. Transcripts should be mailed directly to the Admissions and Records Office or sent via an electronic transcript service (not email). Until official copies of all college transcripts have been received and evaluated by the Admissions and Records office, the student may not be eligible to receive Financial Aid.
- Students who were not degree seeking previously may need to submit additional transcripts or complete placement testing.
- All applicants whose last semester of attendance resulted in academic suspension and who are seeking readmission within one calendar year of that suspension must meet with the Admission and Retention Committee to appeal the suspension prior to readmission.
