RSCC Student Food Pantry

Many college students struggle with not having enough to eat. Hunger can take focus away from your studies and affect your ability to learn.

Don't go hungry. The food pantry is a FREE service to ALL Roane State students. Drop by soon!

Pantry Locations

Visit the Harriman Pantry

The Raider Pantry is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 4:30 with a brief closure for lunch. The Raider Pantry is closed for college observed holidays and inclement weather days.

We will operate on our regular schedule until noon on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 with the exception of Friday, December 13 when we will close at 12:00 PM EST. We will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

Visit the Oak Ridge Pantry

For Fall 2024

The Oak Ridge pantry is open:


Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 11 a.m. -1 p.m.

You can always come to the Front Desk between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday-Friday and let the receptionist know you'd like to shop. 

Oak Ridge will operate on their regular schedule until December 9, 2024. Between December 10 and 13, students can come to the front desk between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM and someone can assist them with accessing the pantry. The Oak Ridge food pantry will be completely closed from 4:00 PM on Friday, December 13 until Monday, January 6, 2025.

We're also open by appointment by emailing brainfood@roanestate.edu. Please use your Raidernet Email as emails sent using Momentum don't reach us. Thank you!

The Raider Pantry at Morgan County is our latest full-service pantry location, opened in August 2023! Be sure to visit during designated hours (see below) whenever you're on campus.
